Melges 15 Training
The great thing about the new Melges 15 is that we are all beginners!
We are planning to run two Training initiatives to introduce members to this new exciting class. Even if you have plenty of sailing experience there are some nuances specific to the M15 and getting to a certain level of competence will help you get the most fun out of the experience.
Training Courses
We are planning to run some "formal" training courses on the Melges 15 and we would like to get a handle on demand. If you are interested in this type of training, please email Matthew on [email protected]
Training Certification for Crew List
We have created a crew and social whatsapp group for people who are interested in joining our group. In order to join the crew list you need to complete the training programme or if you are already an experienced sailor you can go through a short on the water assessment.
Matthew, our sailing development officer will issue with with a certificate of competence to sail the Melges and we can join the Crew List.
