Weekends at Howth Yacht Club

This weekend our club has a number of activities for all members to get involved in. On Saturday afternoon club 'White Sail' and one-design keelboat racing starts off the East Pier from 14:00, while the Lasers have a training session a little further to the west.

Club caterer Jason Dunphy and his team will be tending his BBQ, with ice creams for anyone who 'overheats', while the bar food menu is served all day in the lounge and on the balcony.

It will be 'pirate attire' only on Sunday, when Pat Murphy and his team host a day of fun out on the water for 'Variety Ireland' and the families of their important special needs children. This is always a remarkable day and all members are invited to dress up, come down to the club and take part, commencing from 10:30 and with Jason's BBQ grilling from lunchtime onwards.

Meanwhile the final race of the June Sunday Dinghy Series will take place amidst the fun....
