Starting this Friday 22nd May in the Junior Room, HYC Junior Committee are launching an innovative 'Junior Swap Rail' - where you can drop in and exchange sailing gear that your kids have grown out of. The initiative will run through until this Sunday and we invite parents and their children to come down and participate. Buying new gear every year can be expensive and this will put much of the often lightly-used gear to great use.

If your child has outgrown their wetsuit, cag top or lifejacket or any sailing relating clothing instead of it taking up space in your cupboards why not bring it down to the ‘Swap Rail’  where hopefully there will be something there for you. Please bring down sailing clothing which you would be happy to pass on!!

We will operate this rail for the next number of weeks but it will very much depend on the supply of gear!

So start sorting out what you don’t need as someone else can could (and will) put it to good use....
