Commodore's annual lunch

03 November 2014

Commodore Brian Turvey hosted a lunch on Friday 7th November to express the club's appreciation for the important links that have been forged over the years with the local community, businesses, clubs and national organisations. Guests included Paul Reid (Chief executive officer of Fingal County Council, Captain Raja Maitra (Howth Harbourmaster), David Lovegrove (President of the Irish Sailing Association), Charles Sargent (Chairman Howth Sutton Community Council), Senator Averil Power and ICRA Commodore Norbert Reilly.

The lunch was an important opportunity for the club to engage with and thank the very important internal and external groups and organisations that add important value to our club. The Commodore also mentioned the significant value that the invited sponsors add to the club (including representatives from Key Capital Private, Trustee Decisions, MSL Park Motors, Brass Monkey Restaurant, Centre of English Studies, Euro Car Parks and Gibneys of Malahide).
