Shipman National Championships

Should a Sailing Event be cancelled, HYC will attempt to reschedule to another date. An entrant may seek full refund by writing to Howth Yacht Club's Sailing Committee in respect of their inability to accept the rescheduled date.
For online payment of any entry fee, the minimum age policy is regulated by the minimum age required to own a credit card - this is 18 years of age.

I wish to enter this boat in the Championship and I agree to be bound by the RRS rules, the prescriptions of the ISA, the Shipman Association Rules, the Notice of Race, and the Sailing Instructions.

I accept that the participation of the boat in the Championship is at my sole and exclusive risk in every respect. By this entry I indemnify the Howth Yacht Club and the Shipman Association, their officers, members, servants, agents and sponsors in respect of all claims and demands made upon them in connection with the participation or intended participation of the boat in the Championship and I acknowledge that Howth Yacht Club and the Association, their officers, members, servants, agents and sponsors accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury or loss of or damage to persons or to  property  I or any other person may sustain by reason of the participation or  intended participation of the boat in the Championship. 

I confirm that I am a paid up member of the Irish Sailing Association and of the Shipman Association.

I confirm that I carry adequate valid insurance for Third Party liability of not less than 1,270,000 Euros to cover me and my crew’s liability in connection with our participation in the Championship.
