Classes 2 & 3 East Coast Championships

Should a Sailing Event be cancelled, HYC will attempt to reschedule to another date. An entrant may seek full refund by writing to Howth Yacht Club's Sailing Committee in respect of their inability to accept the rescheduled date.
For online payment of any entry fee, the minimum age policy is regulated by the minimum age required to own a credit card - this is 18 years of age.

I wish to enter the above named boat in the Cruiser 2 & 3 East Coast Championship and I agree to be bound by the R.R.S, the Prescriptions of the ISA, the class Rules (where applicable), the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions.



I accept that the participation of the above named boat in the event is at my sole and exclusive risk in every respect. By this entry I hereby indemnify Howth Yacht Club, The East Coast Cruisers 3 Association, HYC Ltd., their officers, members, servants, agents and sponsors in respect of all claims and demands of whatever nature which may be made upon them in connection with or howsoever arising from the participation or intended participation of the above named boat in the event, and I acknowledge that Howth Yacht Club, The East Coast Cruisers 3 Association, HYC Ltd., their officers, servants, agents and sponsors accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury or loss of or damage to property which I or any other person may sustain by reason of the participation or intended participation of the above named boat in the Regatta or howsoever arising in connection with this event.



Upon request I undertake to produce a valid Certificate of Insurance for adequate Third Party liability insurance.



I further declare that the Current Echo TCF for my boat was established using the helmsperson and crew who will be sailing the boat in this event. Any substitutions will not materially alter the performance of the boat.
