J 80

! bought Jitterbug out of Lymington in 2019, where she had been lightly raced. Despite
my best efforts over the years since, she remains lightly raced, and so I have decided to
sell her. She is a very typical J80, no customisations, built in France in 2010, in very
good condition and with a large sail wardrobe. She has always been dry sailed, has
always been well maintained and never had any damage. She is a competitive boat and
a joy to race, particularly class racing in the large fleet now active and building in Dublin
Bay.
Built France 2010 (Hull No. FR JBC 80303G010). I am her third owner.
Fully race ready, everything necessary included.
Mast lifted and surveyed by Masts & Rigging in Oct 2025. Various items relaced; new
halyards, boom sheave box, gooseneck re-riveted, guardrails replaced etc.
Racing sails; New North Mainsail, unused, still in the bag; New North Spinnaker, used
once for VDLR; New North Jib, used occasionally.
Other sails; Sanders mainsail, plus 2 older North Mainsails; 2 older North spinnakers; 2
Jibs, 1 North, 1 Sanders.
Racemaster Tacktick, with speedo, Windex.
Anchor, chain and mooring lines, fenders, lifting strops, etc.
Road trailer in roadworthy condition.
