High tides and southerly gales in Howth

07 January 2014
Tides in excess of 4.6 metres and strong southerly gales conspired to raise the sea once again following three days of flooding around the coast this week. While the tides and weather will both abate from Tuesday 7th onwards, much damage was done to the outer southeastern area of Harbour Road. The moorings and marina were not affected by the storms.
