5 Oct: Wednesday Yoga


Centre your week at HYC with Wednesday Yoga, with two different time slots and two different styles of yoga with Ana Stefan.

Each Wednesday at 10am, beginning on 5 Oct, join resident yogi and posture coach Ana Stefan for Chair Yoga -- a gentle course designed to improve flexibility and strength of movement through the use of a chair.

If flow is more your style, come down to HYC at 5pm on Wednesdays (also beginning 5 Oct) for a Yoga Flow class with Ana. Focus on the breath, movement, and mind...and the connection between the three.
