J109 Nationals

Should a Sailing Event be cancelled, HYC will attempt to reschedule to another date. An entrant may seek full refund by writing to Howth Yacht Club's Sailing Committee in respect of their inability to accept the rescheduled date.
For online payment of any entry fee, the minimum age policy is regulated by the minimum age required to own a credit card - this is 18 years of age.

Declaration.

I wish to enter the above named boat in the 2018 Irish J109 Class National  Championships.

I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and all other rules that govern this event.

I accept full responsibility for the management and safety of the boat noted above and I also accept that neither the Organising Authority, the Race Committee, Irish J109 Class Association, their members, their employees and their representatives shall accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conduction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

I further declare that I hold a valid and current Certificate of Insurance with adequate third party cover with a limit of indemnity of not less than €3,000,000 which includes cover whilst racing.
